Psycho Patrol R - Mastering the Fiume Race Track

I don't know about you, but I really like racing stuff in non racing games. The Fiume Race Track in Psycho Patrol R basically is everything I needed. I've wanted to make a video just showing off the world record of 9s30f (as of now, because no one else tryharded it like me...), but I saw a lot of people struggling with the Racing Ambition quest. So I decided to do a slightly memey guide video just for fun and to practice. I want to make more non-speedrun content of this game as I feel like it has a lot of potential.
