Panchajanya Sankalpa Sabha – Korutla | Kalvakuntla Kavitha Speech At the Panchajanya Sankalpa Sabha held in Korutla, Telangana Rakshana Sena (TRS) Chief Kalvakuntla Kavitha welcomed senior leaders, including Dr. Raghu, into the party and said their joining would strengthen the organization in the region. Kavitha stated that Telangana Rakshana Sena was formed to protect the interests, identity, and future of Telangana people. She alleged that corruption, neglect of backward classes, and lack of accountability in existing political parties created the need for a new political alternative. She outlined the party’s five key priorities: quality education, universal healthcare, youth empowerment, farmer welfare, and social justice. Kavitha promised support for students, free and accessible healthcare, encouragement for young entrepreneurs through financial assistance, and dedicated services for farmers. Addressing social justice issues, she called for stronger representation and opportunities for SCs, STs, BCs, minorities, women, and marginalized communities. She also criticized the state government's handling of BC reservations and welfare programs. On irrigation and agriculture, Kavitha expressed concern over drought conditions and alleged government inaction despite warnings about a possible Super El Niño impact. She claimed that water storage levels in the Godavari basin remain far below capacity and warned that inadequate planning could affect thousands of acres of farmland. Kavitha also criticized both the Congress and BRS over the Kaleshwaram project issue, arguing that available irrigation infrastructure is not being fully utilized. She accused the government of avoiding accountability and failing to address the concerns of farmers and rural communities.
