A Full Day at Mount Athos - Orthodox Prayer and Male Chant for a Calm Mind

On Mount Athos, four adult Greek Orthodox monks begin the day by opening an old stone gate to a neglected garden above the Aegean Sea. They clear a blocked water channel, repair cracked stones, care for olive trees, gather herbs, and restore the quiet terrace surrounding an open chapel.
