Blue, Sr., is the Director of Pediatrics at St. Joseph's Medical Center, a Dignity Health/CommonSpirit organization, in Stockton, California. In his role, Marshall is directly responsible for the leadership of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, the Acute Care Pediatric Unit, and the Neonatal Transport Team. He coordinates his oversight with the Vice President, Chief Nursing Executive, and the Chief of Pediatrics.
