This is one of the most dangerous serial killers I have known. A psychologist told me he was "Batshit crazy, watch yourself" In a violent prison, this guy stood out as dangerous. He was never moved unless we had 3 men with riot batons. He never was out of his cell without handcuffs and leg irons. He killed for his racist belief that whites and nonwhites should not mix.
