FOR THE OWNERS: Remember that "drop" = the ball is out-of-play and he CANNOT have it, and "yes!" is back-in-play. If he touches the ball in between the "drop" and the "yes", then there are penalties like "nopes", pokes, and ecollar taps. (Think of being on the field or court and there are rules about this. You cannot touch the ball when there is time-out/out-of-play.) So any infraction is NOT okay. It is a slippery slope if you allow for there to be negotiations re this.
