Motorshow 1994 - Memorial Bettega

It is the first time that Andrea Navarra writes his name in the roll of honor of the Bologna event, but he will not be the only one even if he cannot know it yet. And yet on the eve he was certainly not among the favorites both because he was facing a group of opponents much more expert than him and because of all of them he was the one who had the "oldest" car. In fact, he was the only Subaru driver to have the "old" Legacy while Piero Liatti and Rickard Burns had Imprezas at their disposal. Then there was a very large platoon of Ford Escort Cosworths with Cunico, Biasion, Thyri and Travaglia and a Toyota Celica ... there was certainly no shortage of opponents, but in front of the huge Motorshow audience Navarra pulled out that ace that no one expected.
