GOAN PRAWN MOLHO || GRANNYS MOLL RECIPE ||PRAWN PICKLE||GOAN PRAWN MOLE RECIPE
GOAN PRAWN MOLHO MY GRANDMA'S WAY🦐 TO MARINATE PRAWNS. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Salt. TO MAKE MASALA. 8 kashmiri red chilies (dried) 6 cloves garlic. 1 inch ginger chopped. Half tsp turmeric powder. Half tsp cumin seeds. 1 inch cinnamon. 6 cloves. Half tsp peppercorns. 3 tbsps sugar. 150 ml vinegar. IN A PAN.... 10 tbsps oil. Some cloves. 1 big onion finely chopped. 1 tomato finely chopped. Add the masala. Fry well. Add 25 ml of vinegar. And cook. 10 minutes. IN ANOTHER PAN.... Heat 8 tbsps of oil. And fry prawns. Fry them till brown. Then add them to the masala. And cook for 7- 8 minutes. Add vinegar, salt, sugar according to taste.
