The Sun's Journey Across the Land is AMAZING!

#nature photography #landscape photography #photography workshop We visited the Quiraing twice on the workshop, in very different weather conditions. It was actually the first site we visited on the morning of Day 1, in beautiful conditions - sunny with plenty of cloud, watching the light dance across the landscape, and what a spectacular landscape. We returned on the last morning of the workshop in very different weather - strong wind, heavy clouds and rain, making the landscape look even more dramatic under the low clouds. As it was a repeat location, and probably because of the weather too, there were fewer of us on site that morning, so we had plenty of opportunity to work with Gavin and Blake on a one to one basis. Blake spent some time explaining his concept for a particular scene, which was almost the same as a shot I had taken on our first visit - nice to know I have a similar eye to the professionals!
