Intenção para a semana: contemplação

In this vlog, I share two days here. Coffee, laundry on the line, drawing with the kids, Mother's Day gifts, and an unexpected outing after I got sick… and I found myself thinking a lot about the intention of my days. In the countryside, seeing the free-range eggs and living a little slower, I felt as if God was reminding me of the beauty of small things, of ordinary life, of contemplation. I also talked about hobbies, about how I started drawing and painting with the children, and about a new practice I want to carry into my life: choosing a word for each week and living those days with more intention.
