40 Years of Anxiety Lessons in 10 Minutes
Anxiety is often thought of as a problem to get rid of. In this video, I share a different perspective — based on my own experience living with anxiety for decades, including periods where it was severe. I talk about: • why anxiety can be useful rather than something broken • why avoiding what we fear often makes anxiety worse over time • why the goal isn’t zero anxiety • how anxiety often means we care — which is a good thing • how learning to feel anxiety in the body, without getting caught in the story around it, can reduce its power This isn’t medical advice, and it isn’t about “curing” anxiety. It’s about understanding it better — and changing your relationship with it. If you’ve ever felt anxious and wondered why it won’t just go away, I hope this helps. I realise I promised I would never use the thumbnail "THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING".
