Meet Brown Niyonsaba, a deaf Volunteer teaching reproductive health through sign language
#YouthConnekt #YCA2019 Brown Niyonsaba is a deaf Volunteer at VSO Rwanda holding a Bachelor’s Degree in IT. Brown formed a group of young Deaf tailors and artists which later grew into United Deaf Women Cooperative. Brown Niyonsaba was trained as a Rwanda Sign Language instructor by the Rwanda National Union of the Deaf. Today, she teaches sexual and reproductive health to over 80 students at Umutara School for the Deaf. Camera & Editing: Richard Kwizera
