Asada is a long-established Kaga cuisine restaurant. It is located on the 9th floor of Mitsui Garden Hotel Nihonbashi Premier. There are not many hotel breakfast buffets that offer all-you-can-eat Japanese breakfast at ryotei restaurants. It is especially recommended for those who prefer Japanese food for breakfast. Each dish was prepared with great care, and all were delicious. In particular, the dashi maki tamago (rolled egg) made right in front of you was excellent. From the window seats, you can dine with a view of the Nihonbashi cityscape, and since there is no time limit, you can relax in comfort.
