Fluttershy's weakness is part of her greatest strength

Why do some people believe that Fluttershy is not growing as a character? In my first video, I take an in-depth look into her weaknesses and her accomplishments. I had been wondering for quite some time why some people seem to write her off as a character. And I've been wanting do an analysis video on MLP for many months. So over the course of three days and more than 12 hours of work, here is my hope that we can gain a greater appreciation for her character.
