Todd Leopold is a 3 time James Beard Award semi finalist, and 25 year veteran of the brewing and distilling industry. Distiller Todd Leopold tells the story of the revival of the Three Chamber Still, a special and popular still used by American distillers to produced Rye Whiskey before Prohibition. The Leopold Bros. revived this type of still to produce a unique Bottled in Bond American Rye Whiskey, which will be released in 2021. Leopold Bros. Distillery & Malthouse was founded in 1999.
