Nゲージ E233系 サウンドシステム Bluetooth Sound System

100円ショップで販売されているワイヤレスイヤホンを鉄道模型に組み込んで、Bluetoothサウンドシステムを作ってみました。 使った車両はNゲージのKATO E233系です。 スピーカーは大きさが23×16×4.6mmの楕円のタイプです。パワーアンプはPAM8302Aです。 電源スイッチは壊れたデジカメから取り外した超小型プッシュスイッチを使いました。 充電はDC 5Vを接続します。Micro USBコネクタは取り外しました。 パソコンとのペアリングは電源スイッチを長押しすると画面にBTMELという名前が出てきます。 画面のペアリングを押して、車体の電源を切って入れ直すと「Connected」という声が流れて青と赤のLEDの点滅が消えます。 また、近くに無線LANルーターがあるとペアリングしにくいみたいです。この場合はペアリングをする時だけルーターから離すか、パソコン側でWi-Fiの接続を切ればつながります。 このBluetoothモジュールは無音が1秒以上続くとパワーセーブのモードになり、音を鳴らしたとき復帰が遅くて音源の頭が切れてしまいます。 これを回避するための改造方法が分からないので、Youtubeで20Hzの正弦波を鳴らしている下記の動画を小音量でずっと再生してパワーセーブの状態にならないようにしています。 I made a Bluetooth sound system by incorporating wireless earphone sold in cheap store into a model train. The model train is 1/150 scale KATO E233 series. The speaker is an elliptical type, 23x16x4.6mm in size. The power amplifier is PAM8302A. For the power switch, I used a small push switch that I removed from a broken digital camera. DC 5V is connected for charging. The Micro USB connector has been removed. The pairing with a computer, press and hold the power switch, and "BTMEL" will appear on the screen. Press pairing on the screen, turn off the train and turn it back on, and you will hear "Connected" and the blue and red LEDs will stop blinking. It seems to be difficult to pair if there is a wireless router nearby. In this case, you can connect it by disconnecting it from the router only when you want to pair it, or by disconnecting the Wi-Fi connection on the computer side. This Bluetooth module goes into power save mode if silence continues for more than a second, and when it plays a sound, it is slow to come back and the sound source is cut off at the beginning.
