My mind is still obese. That's for sure. And it's not easy for me to let go of old Annalisa and let her go. She's by my side every day. This video is meant to be an incentive, because I get tons of emails on the subject, as if I had the "cure" for weight loss. I won't even mention the workouts; I've already made videos about them, and since I haven't finished T25 yet, I have nothing new to add except that the further you go, the more tiring it gets. But in any case, I repeat, I've talked about it a lot. I'd like it to be known that even though I smile, and I use the word "cool," it's not easy for me to talk about this on YouTube. I don't know if I'll do it again, I don't know if I did the right thing. Every day someone asks me, "What do you eat?" "What workout do you do?" and questions like that. Every day. I have no secrets, no magic potions; I've tried to make peace with myself. I haven't succeeded 100% yet, but I think a woman almost never feels satisfied!!! ;) Take this video for what it is.
