He shares his reasoning for choosing this particular property out of the 1000's of similar houses, which makes for great advice for anyone looking to complete a similar kind of project! When Alex saw this property, 3 things made his property conversion checklist. He looks for properties with a size of 130sqm, a front (for car parking) and rear garden (for amenity space for the flats), and side access to be able to access the rear garden and bin stores. We’ll get Alex insights on organising your utilities, making sure that they are all being organised to be installed at similar times at key project milestones. He’ll tell us what it all costs to get it to this high standard and what interior design decisions were made.
