Mostan, a proponent of election fraud, is under investigation for spreading false information regarding President Lee Jae-myung. After refusing to appear for questioning, he underwent his first police interrogation on the 25th of last month. JTBC confirmed what claims Mostan made during that interrogation. He argued that criminal records might not exist, and therefore, the facts cannot be definitively classified as false. However, Mostan’s claim is also untrue. This matter has already been judged as clearly false in other trials.
