ETR 470: ultimi servizi internazionali

A collection of videos regarding the last years of operation of the ETR 470 electric trains between Italy and Switzerland along the Gotthard axis, on the Eurocity services from Milano Centrale to Zürich Hauptbahnhof and vice versa, now replaced by the more modern ETR 610. The specimens belonging to SBB have permanently ceased their service in conjunction with the hourly change of 14/06/2015, while the same ones belonging to Trenitalia, following the next exchange rate (13/12/2015) have been assigned to the Roma-San Lorenzo depot, and nowadays perform Frecciabianca services mainly between Roma Termini and Reggio Calabria Centrale.
