Bill No. 17979-35 To initiate the discussion of the bill, in its first constitutional stage, that amends Law No. 21,545 to strengthen the participation of civil society, as indicated. For this item, the following have been invited: the Acting National Director of the National Disability Service (SENADIS), Ms. Gabriela Villanueva; and representatives from the Civil Society Council (COSOC) of the Ministry of Social Development and Family, Mr. Ernesto González; from the Ministry of Education, Mr. Johan Ordoñez; and the representative from the Ministry of Health. 2. Bill No. 16456-35: Continue the discussion of the bill, currently in its first constitutional stage, that amends Law No. 20.422, which establishes regulations on equal opportunities and social inclusion for people with disabilities, with the aim of increasing the penalties applicable to those who violate the exercise of the rights enshrined for people with disabilities.
