Hi friends. There's no rain today, which is great. I can take an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) for a spin around the neighborhood and see the autumn scenery. I always carry metal detectors in my ATV. I can use the ATV to search for something interesting in the ground. I have one metal detector attached to the back of the ATV, and while driving, if metal comes into its range, it signals. I use the second metal detector to pinpoint the exact location of the metal in the ground. If the signal is good, I dig up the find with a shovel. That's the quest. I didn't find anything interesting today, just odd bits of metal. But my towed metal detector flipped over twice, and then the battery in my handheld metal detector died. It takes a long time to charge the battery, so I headed home. In one of the fields, I saw a VAZ 2104. I wanted to go around it, but it turned out to be a car stuck in the wet ground. A man and a woman had come to the swamp to pick cranberries and, on their way back, got stuck in the muddy ground in a field. They had to be pulled out onto firmer ground. That's the kind of adventure it is. Best wishes to all.
