Balalo question-RDCs from Teso faulted for Protecting Balalo.

Resident District Commissioners from the Teso sub- region have been faulted for shielding the balaalo in the region claiming they are in harmony with the locals. State Minister for Gender, Labour and Social Development Col. Okello Engola warns of dire consequences if such sabotage continues on such a national matter. This was during a meeting with Teso leaders at Soroti District Headquarters officiated by the Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja.
