La Mayor Extinción de la Historia de la Tierra: La Gran Extinción del Pérmico
Approximately 252 million years ago, our planet faced the worst biological catastrophe ever recorded. This devastating event wiped out nearly 90% of marine species and around 70% of terrestrial vertebrates, forever transforming the history of life on Earth. Known as the Permian Extinction or the Great Dying, this tragedy marked the end of an era and paved the way for the emergence of new life forms that would eventually give rise to the dinosaurs.
