HOMEMADE LASAGNA (for 1 lasagna) 1 lb ground beef or italian sausage cooked 1 boz of oven ready lasagna noodles 1 container of ricotta mixed with 1 egg parmesan or mozzarella 2 jars of pasta sauce -later a few drops of spaghetti sauce to the bottom of a casserole dish. Then place the lasagna noodles next. Put a few dollops of ricotta and egg mixture on top and spread out. Then put some meat on top and continue your layers two more times. Add 1 to 2 cups of water into the dish. Cover with foil and cook in the oven at 400° for 30 minutes or until your noodles are done cooking. CHICKEN WRAPS lettuce tomatoes ranch dressing wraps chicken strips (cut after cooking) shredded cheese -cook your chicken strips in the oven. chop lettuce and tomato. layer your wraps like so: wrap, dressing, lettuce, chicken strips, tomato, shredded cheese. roll up and enjoy. FLATBREAD PIZZAS I bought my flatbread pizzas at aldi but most stores have them. -pizza sauce and your fav toppings we used sauce, cheese and pepperoni for the kids and for adults we used sauce, tomato, basil, and fresh mozzarella. chop everything well. assemble on pizza and cook in the oven for 5 minutes! (look at package directions) top with glaze and enjoy!
