Wild camping, wild swimming | Dartmoor bikepacking

I absolutely love swimming and this year, with nearly all the pools closed I've been swimming more than ever in rivers, pools and the sea. In this video my friend Laura and I packed up our mountain bikes for a quick overnighter on Dartmoor, the only place in England where wild camping is permitted and one of the best places in the UK for wild swimming. After swimming in a couple of rivers we camped out overnight then rode the Granite Way and Drake's Trail back to Plymouth for a dip in the sea at the Hoe. A note on wild camping in Dartmoor: There is currently a ban on camping at Bellever. Please check the map to see where is and where isn't permitted. Be respectful of this beautiful landscape. Be careful as areas of Dartmoor are used by the military for live firing and there are dangerous bogs. Only light fires where it's permitted. Take all your rubbish home with you.
