Chieftain leads the Pipe Bands at the close of 2019 Tomintoul Highland Games in Moray, Scotland
At the close of the 178th Tomintoul Highland Games in Moray, Scotland, the Chieftain Jim Fraser and members of the committee, lead the combined Pipe Bands out of the arena and Games Field. The Bands were Huntly & District Pipe Band with Drum Major Derek Dean and Ballater & District Pipe Band with Drum Major Ian Esson. Also present were Drum Majors Ronnie Rennie, Bert Summers, Bill Barclay and David Rae, with this being his last time as a Drum Major at the games before he retires as a Drum Major.
