This lawsuit was filed as a defamation action. I remember that Blue Bacon's lawyer fought to insist on a dismissal with prejudice to avoid Chile dismissing without prejudice and filing again. There was also sanctions awarded against Chile as well, and as I recall, it was due to law and motion practice concerning discovery. I already did a video on the case previously several months ago if you want some background, but it doesn't really matter for this video.
