The basic icing cream is here👇    • SUB/基本のアイシングクリームの作り方/アイシングクッキー/Icing Cream...   This is a simple cookie that is easy to icing. You can arrange it as you like. ■Recipe Notes Ingredients 60g unsalted butter 30g powdered sugar A pinch of salt 1 egg yolk 15g egg white 30g almond pudding 160g flour Directions ①Place the unsalted butter in a bowl and let it soften to room temperature. (You can press it with your finger to make a mark.)  Leave it for about 20 minutes in summer and 2 hours in winter. Alternatively, heat the mixture in a microwave oven at 200W for 30 seconds at a time, making sure it does not melt into a liquid state. ②Knead the unsalted butter to make it creamy. ③Add salt and powdered sugar and mix. ④Add the egg yolks and mix until creamy. ⑤Add the egg whites in two or three parts and mix until creamy. (If you add them all at once, they tend to separate.) ⑥Sift in the almond pudding and flour. ⑦Sift in the almond pudding and flour. Do not knead the mixture. ⑧Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. ⑨Remove the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin to an even thickness. (about 5 mm). ⑩Hollow out the dough with a mold of your choice and place on a baking sheet covered with a cookie sheet. Preheat the oven to 180℃.  If the dough is soft, chill it in the freezer for about 15 minutes before putting it in the oven. Place in oven and bake at 170℃ for 14 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand until heated through.
