In this video, I tour a small bay industrial building that was recently purchased and fully renovated by its new owner. The building features six bays totaling just over 13,000 square feet on more than an acre of land. Two bays were combined and transformed into a modern office and warehouse space for a growing construction company, while the remaining bays are occupied by traditional industrial users.
