I had my very fist up close interaction with an Emperor Penguin! Most of its friends were quietly molting behind a snow berm on behind me about 15 yards. This one seemed too excited about his new feathers to just stand around though. Can anyone out there translate his (or her?) trumpeting sounds and head motions for me?
