They grew in influence as a central unit in NOAH's feuds, but in June 2023 at his 15th anniversary tournament he suddenly announced his disbandment, saying, "If you want stability, you can't evolve!" Kongo disbanded, and its members decided to go their separate ways with strong convictions. His fighting style is intense, focusing on striking techniques based on Nippon Kempo, but he also possesses a variety of finishing moves, including the P.F.S. (Professional Foot Stamp), dragon suplex, ankle hold, and sleeper hold. With a column in Weekly Pro Wrestling and the YouTube channel "Kenoh Channel," he is highly regarded as an opinion leader driving NOAH itself. Because of his communication skills, he is often at the forefront of rival matches against other promotions. Despite his condescending tone, calling fans "damnit!", he enjoys a high level of support.
