Ingredients for pork chops Four pork chops (bone in or boneless, center cut or sirloin) One cup of flour Quarter cup of cooking oil Salt and pepper Directions In a plate season flour with salt and pepper Salt and pepper front and back of chops Dredge chops and flour Pour oil into cast-iron skillet at medium high heat Once oil is hot place chops into skillet Brown chops on each side Then cover with aluminum foil and place in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until tender.
