So, to confirm a leak or blockage, first, let's check whether there is still freon in the cooling system. Let's open the filling pipe first. Don't forget to unplug it first. There's a big possibility that there's a freon leak, which is causing the freon to run out and the refrigerator isn't cooling. The first thing we need to check is the connection section of the compressor pipe. There are no leaks or oil marks in the pipe. There's no oil. If there were a leak, there would definitely be oil marks coming out. There's no oil in the connections. They're all clean. And the connections are still good. Let's check the filter dryer. Is there a leak in the pipe connection? You can see... The capillary connection is clean, no oil. The top part is the same. So, at the back, there's most likely no leak. Next, we'll check the evaporator. Let's look first. The evaporator is usually used by laypeople for single-door refrigerators. There's usually an error in its use. So, take it out. Pierced with a sharp object, causing a leak in the evaporator due to punctures. Next, we examine the evaporator physically. To see if there are any leaks. Here, you can see that it's clean and free of oil marks. The bottom is also clean, but here, there's an oily odor, possibly a freon leak. So, let's first examine the evaporator connection to see if there's a leak. There's a lot of oil visible in the evaporator connection. So, the reason the refrigerator isn't cooling is because the evaporator connection is leaking. The welds are uneven, causing a freon leak. We reweld the evaporator connection pipe after ensuring there are no holes. Before proceeding to vacuuming and filling the freon, we must replace the filter dryer. If there are holes, there will definitely be a lot of oil to prevent blockages in the system. And for the pressure pipe, the pressure pipe must also be flushed. Flush it using a compressor. We flush it until it's clean. Then, we replace the filter dryer. We vacuum. and refill the freon. After that, we replace the filter dryer with a new one. We insert the capillary tube about 1 cm. Next, we weld it. The filter dryer is installed. Prepare the manifold and hose, and also the vacuum tool. First, open the low-pressure manifold valve and make sure the high-pressure valve is closed. After that, we turn on the vacuum machine. The manifold needle should be lowered. For this vacuum, we wait about 15 minutes until all the air in the system is removed. Next, we fill it with new freon (R134a). The freon is filled to 10 psi. So, it's still unstable, still at 10 psi or more. It's stable at 10 psi. If there's too much, you can reduce the freon, or if there's not enough, you can add more. So, we wait until it reaches 10 psi. The pressure pipe is warm, and the filter dryer is also warm, indicating that the freon is circulating well, meaning there are no blockages. So, the requirements for a good refrigerator cooler are the pressure pipe and the filter dryer. The dryer and body must be warm.
