EVERYTHING GOES DARK - Bugleap PMV (A Shattered Star: WC OCs)

Description of events: Bugleap of Sun Nation is assigned Willowsong as a mentor. He soon begins having dreams of the god named Poppy, who informs him of his upcoming death. Disturbed by this, he confides in his mentor, and the two of them recruit their Healer (Berryclaw) to help them investigate who kills him. It becomes clear that he is the future victim of the deathberry murders going around, so the trio investigates past and present killings. Meanwhile, Bugleap is still haunted by what is happening. Meanwhile, Smokewhisper (warrior of Pine Nation) is murdered by the same figure. The leader of Bog Nation, Petuniastar is called in to say goodbye to Smokewhisper. She confronts the murderer, who blackmails her into silence: her father is the former tyrant of Frost Nation, and this information would ruin her life. One night, a dream, he attempts to strike Poppy in a fit of rage. This causes him to dig his claws through one of the many "memory" lines in Poppy's domain. There, he sees everything. Bugleap realizes: this is his ticket to finding his murderer: if only he can catch them in these visions. Meanwhile, during a gathering, Petuniastar reveals her heritage to the nations. She is chastised. Bugleap realizes that Smokewhisper and Petuniastar are related; siblings. Bugleap and Berryclaw begin to suspect the murderer to be Feather, a former apprentice of Berryclaw's who ran off to Frost Nation. Nights turn into failures, and he grows more stressed. One night, he realizes he can look into the past, and see who killed Smokewhisper. Once he does, he wakes up, running to tell Willowsong to follow him. He arrives at a secret location of deathberry bushes, but he's too late. The murderer is already there. Willowsong walks in to find a deceased Bugleap, murdered by deathberries.
