(b) Pass certificate of class 10/matriculation examination for verification of date of birth. (c) Aadhar card of the candidate. (d) EWS category- candidate has to submit the valid certificate issued by competent authority (Tahsildar / SDO and above).Date of issue of the certificate must be on and after 31st March 2026. (e) SC/ ST category- candidate has to submit valid caste certificate issued by officer of not less than Sub Divisional Officer/ District Magistrate or equivalent person authorized by the concerned state. (f) OBC-NCL category – candidate has to submit valid caste certificate issued by officer of not less than Sub Divisional Officer/ District Magistrate or equivalent person authorized by the concerned state. Date of issue of Non-Creamy Layer Certificate must be on and after 31.03.2026. (g) Persons with Disability(PwD) category (with disability of 40% and above) has to submit the valid disability certificate from civil surgeon / Chief Medical Officer of the District and also specify the category GEN/ OBC/SC/ST/ EWS with certificate of proof from competent authority, if applicable. (h) BPL candidates – candidate has to submit valid certificate issued by competent authority not less than BDO / CO /SDO and Ration card of the family with name of candidate on it.
