In the previous episode, we went with The Crust to expand the Burger Community and try the burgers of Buenos Aires. First, we visited the classic The Food Truck Store, which has been carefully crafting its processes for 10 years to make burgers in the most traditional American style. In this episode, we went to Kiddos and Meat and Grill, two places that are very trendy for their burger concepts. In the case of Kiddos, they aim to emulate the flavor of McDonald's, with small but tasty items. Compared to Chilean prices, we found it expensive, but if you go to Buenos Aires, it's worth trying. Meat and Grill has a very interesting approach, doing practically everything in-house: the bread, butchering, grinding, and pre-preparation of products. I'll give you the details in the video!
