We went to Nazaré from Lisbon to see the biggest waves in the world. Nazaré is a rather unusual phenomenon, commonly known as THE GRAND CANYON OF NAZARÉ. It wasn't discovered long ago by the world's most famous surfers, and since then, every year during the winter season, this area hosts one of the biggest surfing competitions in the world. It was right here where the biggest wave was surfed—almost 35 meters high! It's spectacular!
