Over 1000 riders started on the glacier above Les 2 Alpes together. First rider to the finish in Venosc is the winner..... After finishing on the podium at the past two editions I really wanted to repeat this and do a good result. I was riding smoothly and maybe a little too cautiously on the snow section and unfortunately an out of control rider crashed into me from the back at high speed.. I didn't see him until after the impact.. I did my bet to mount a comeback ride with a dead leg pushing hard where I could. Looking forwards to some recovery now to be 100% ready for the Megavalanche in two weeks time!! The race also had a full live stream filmed from helicopter as well as a number of filmers and drone along the course!
