Disassembly, cleaning, application of lubricant, and assembly. ドア Door:TOSTEM　KTH-59型(アンビィII23) 鍵ケース1 Lock case 1:MIWA LY-01バーハンドル用(PNA-65A) 鍵ケース2 Lock case 2:MIWA QDA345 ●修理前 Before repair 　鍵ケース1のラッチとラッチ解除に失敗 　Latch-unlatch of lock case 1 fails. ●修理後 After repair 　ラッチ、アンラッチ問題解消 　No latch-unlatch problem. 　デッドボルト(カンヌキ)が軽く動く。4:50の処置による。 　Deadbolt move lightly.Because of 4:50 treatment. ●修理内容 Details of repair -注意 Attention 　汚れの内部落下、アルコールに溶けた汚れの内部浸透に注意した。 　Dirt falling inside.Internal penetration of dirt dissolved in alcohol. -拭く1 Wipe1. 　なにもつけずに拭く。Dry wipe. -拭く2 Wipe2. 　アルコールで拭く。Alcohol wipe. -削る Scrape. 　指で残留物を確認しながら平ヤスリの先端の辺で削ぐ。ヤスリ面は使わない。 　Check the residue with your finger. Scrape using the tip of a flat file. -拭く3 Wipe3. 　アルコールで拭く。Alcohol wipe. -潤滑材塗布 Lubricant application 　鍵穴用パウダー使用。油、CRC等はだめ。汚れが固まるので。 　Use of keyhole powder.
