This Game Changed My Mind About Large Scale Wargaming
My first impressions of On Bloody Ground, a large scale historical wargame that completely changed how I look at mass battle systems. In this video, I talk about my experience building, painting, and playing my first War of the Roses armies, and why OBG surprised me with how fast, cinematic, and approachable it felt. This isn’t a tutorial or full rules breakdown, and is just my honest first experience with the system and what stood out to me most. Big thanks to Dan from the WiP team for sending these books over to check out. This video is not sponsored. I just genuinely enjoyed the game and wanted to share it.
