African Swine Fever : Is pork consumption safe?
Agriculture officials have said the public should exercise precaution with regard to the African Swine fever virus, which affects pigs, have been found in the North West, Mpumalanga, Gauteng and recently in the Heilbron area in the Free State. This, despite the fact that THIS VERSION OF THE SWINE FEVER, DOESN'T AFFECT HUMANS.
