[PART 3] Many specialist fire appliances from South Wales Fire and Rescue Service (SWFRS) and emergency vehicles responding to and fighting a Large Fire in an industrial unit on Penarth Road, Cardiff. Featuring the NEW Volvo Hydraulic Platform (HP) from Merthyr Tydfil, a High Volume Pump (HVP) from Cwmbrân, a Compact Water Tanker from Aberbargoed, the Welsh Ambulance Service (WAST) Hazardous Area Response Team (HART), and a Fire Investigation Officer. 0:00 - SWFRS Merthyr Tydfil's NEW Hydraulic Platform repsonding and arriving. 1:20 - WAST 4X Volkswagen Transporter Incident Response Vehicle's Responding. 1:48 - Huge clouds of smoke can be seen pouring from the building. 1:55 - SWFRS Cwmbrân's High Volume Pump (HVP) Responding to the rear of the building on two tone horns. 2:43 - SWFRS Aberbargoed's Compact Water Tanker Responding and arriving. 3:36 - Smoke continues to pour from both sides of the building. 4:12 - SWFRS Aberbargoed's Water Tanker heads to refill, while Cwmbrân's HVP Responds to reposition on two tones. 5:10 - Merthyr's Beautiful New HP on scene. 5:30 - As it gets dark, smoke can still be seen rising from the unit. 5:38 - SWFRS Fire Investigation Officer Responding into the scene. 5:57 - SWFRS Maindee's Bowser Responding to refill for the final time. Thankfully, nobody was injured in the fire. Over 60 Firefighters from across South Wales fought to control the blaze, which lasted for over 21 hours. The investigation into the cause in ongoing.
