What's the Hongqi H5 sedan's maintenance schedule? The service interval is 10,000 km, and the first service is scheduled at 5,000 km. Our H5 just made it to its second scheduled service. It was slightly cheaper than the first – 19,000 rubles versus 25,000 rubles. As with the first service, the lion's share of the cost was Hongqi 5W-30 SN/C3 engine oil. Consumables are reasonably priced. Oil, air, and cabin filters average between 1,500 and 2,000 rubles. There's no need to top up the oil between scheduled services: the dipstick level hasn't changed over 10,000 km. Fuel consumption is also good – the large Hongqi H5 averages 8 liters per 100 km. The 2.0-liter engine (218 hp) is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
