Pipeline Leak!!! (Welding On Flange & How to Change dogs on Roll out Wheel)

In this video I will be repairing a 36" water pipeline leak with my mobile welding rig. We will weld a 6" flange onto the 36" pipe with 3/32 7018. I will also be saddling 2 extra 6" flanges with a 4 1/2" grinder. I will also be sharing how to change out the dogs on my roll out wheel chuck.
