Russian Bias HAS RETURNED to War Thunder - TO-55

So today with the unfortunate reimergence of Russian bias in War Thunder, I thought I'd take a break from bouncing off Terminators and join the fun. The TO-55 is essentially a T-55A without the APFSDS at 8.0 and it's INCREDIBLY strong. Most tanks at this BR don't have stabilisers and this punishes all of them. The lack of darts really doesn't impact this tank and the rest of the vehicle is remarkably well balanced.
