1995/96 Mercedes C-Class DTM/ITC - Crazy 13.000 RPM V6 Intake Sound!

I somehow managed to see 3 of these original, legendary cars in action at various events through 2024. The brown Tabac car, no.3, is Van Ommen's 1995 DTM car, the silver no.2 was campaigned in the 1996 ITC by DTM-legend Bernd Schneider and the black no.76 is also a 1996 ITC car although I'm not sure what team it belonged to. These crazy, high-tech (for the time) 2.5L V6's produced 440 horsepower in '95 and were turned up to 500 in '96. At a maximum of 13.000 RPM, the soundtrack is glorious when the cars are approaching, producing a crazy and iconic intake sound. Filmed during the Spa Summer Classic, Zandvoort Summer Trophy and Tabac Classic GP Assen where the Tourenwagen Legenden series ran in 2024.
