TalkTV’s Jake Berry is joined by ‘Not Zero’ author Ross Clark, former government adviser Claire Pearsall, and Labour commentator Andy McDonald, to discuss the ‘Government’s war on motorists.’ It as new data shows that the UK’s smart motorways have raked in millions of pounds in speeding fines in recent years, after the 60mph limit was implemented to ‘lower pollution.’ Many of the fines were also issued to drivers ignoring the ‘red cross' which signals a lane closure - a measure brought in to remove the need for traditional hard shoulders.
