Ukraine running out of air defences, as Russia bombards Kyiv | Global News Podcast

Rescuers are searching for bodies in the rubble of residential blocks in Kyiv, after the latest Russian bombardment of the Ukrainian capital. Ukraine's air force said Russia knew Kyiv had all but run out of interceptor rockets, so it was attacking with ballistic missiles. None of the 23 used in the latest attack was shot down. A frustrated President Zelensky urged Ukraine's NATO allies to take "strong decisions" at their summit on Tuesday to provide it with air defences, posting that "as long as missiles for Patriots remain in the warehouses of allies, it only encourages Russia to continue defeating residential buildings.
