Her mother, Tracey Grist, 60, has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges, including murder and criminal conspiracy, in the death of Kathryn’s husband, Matthew Restelli, 42. Matthew Restelli was shot and killed moments after walking into Grist’s home by Grist’s son and Kathryn Restelli’s brother, Kevin Ellis. Kathryn Restelli previously testified at Ellis’ trial as part of her plea agreement.
